I had the pleasure of being lead producer for this project with wine brand Dreaming Tree, founded by musician Dave Matthews. The project highlighted recipes to pair with varieties of Dreaming Tree wines, and featured Dave Matthews himself along with his personal chef, Fiona Bohane, who collaborated with him on the recipes.
