I shot images of Ristorante Machiavelli, which is located in the Capitol Hill neighborhood of Seattle, for Bon Appetit’s series called Red Sauce America - a series celebrating and exploring old school Italian American cuisine. These images were featured in The Aspirational Food World Tried (and Failed) to Shame My Love of Red Sauce by Alex Pemoulie (of Mean Sandwich).
